PROMISES TO FEED YOUR FAITH
Anxiety: Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who are weary & burdened, & I will give you rest.
Weariness: Isaiah 40:29 He gives strength to the weary & increases the power of the weak.
Forgiveness: 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful & just & will forgive us our sins & purify us from all unrighteousness.
Fear: 1 John 4:4 You, dear children, are from God & have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.
Strength: Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you & help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Wisdom: James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, & it will be given to you.
Temptation: 1 Corinthians 10:13 God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
The Devil: James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, & he will flee from you.
Loneliness: James 4:8 Come near to God & he will come near to you.
Endurance: Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
Salvation: Romans 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” & believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Forgiveness: Romans 8:1 there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
Giving: Malachi 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse… & see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven & pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Protection: Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
Comfort: 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Praise be to the God & Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion & the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles,
Focus: Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom & his righteousness, & all these things will be given to you as well.
Significance: Matthew 6:24 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, & yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Trouble: Romans 8:28 we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Future: Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you & not to harm you, plans to give you hope & a future."
