WOMEN’S RETREAT FAQs

 

How much does Women’s Retreat cost?

Registration is $450 per person, and the cost covers a two-night stay at a top resort, your conference fee, Saturday breakfast buffet, parking, and resort fee. We recommend starting a payment plan. Contact Roxie@capevineyard.com or Cari@capevineyard.com and they would love to get that set up for you.

 

There is a non-refundable $50 deposit to sign up for the retreat. The $50 does go toward your final payment.

Will I have my own bed?

The master bedroom will have either a king or queen bed, and the other room(s) will either have a queen, two fulls, or two twins. The hotel said they will work with us as much as they can to ensure the other bedrooms have two beds, but they can’t guarantee it. So we want to make sure you understand that you might have to share a bed.

If you can, please select your roommate before registering. If you're traveling alone, we will do our best to offer you your own bed.

 

Things to note:

-It's best to have your roommates picked out before registering. If you are new, we will do our best to place you in a room with ladies your own age.

-We also cannot guarantee you will not have to share a bed with another lady in your room.

 

What is the attire for the Women's Retreat?

The attire is casual. Don't forget your bathing suit!

 

What should I bring?

Come just as you are. We encourage you to bring a Bible, a notebook, and a pen.

 

Is food provided?

There is a full kitchen in your suite, feel free to bring your own food & snacks for the weekend. You're also free to take a break from cooking and indulge at the hotel restaurants! Check out the Sundial Resort Dining Options HERE.

Are scholarships available to cover a portion of the registration fee?

Who can attend the Women's Retreat? 

The Women's Retreat is designed for the women of Cape Vineyard Church and the women in their lives: friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors—anyone who wants to come. However, the retreat is only for those 16 years old and up.

(All attendees under 18 years old must have an adult or guardian attend.)

 

What if I’m new to my faith? 

The Women's Retreat is designed so that we can all grow deeper in our faith in Jesus. We invite you to join us wherever you are. 

 

So. Uh. What are we going to do? 

Sessions will include our main speaker Pastor Kim, amazing worship, fun, and more!
